ICU2 seeks to enable, promote and support a better life for those in need, through the involvement of students, schools, local experts and health professionals & sponsors.

The ICU2 Foundation is built around the four pillars of medical care, hygiene, stewardship of the environment and promoting educational literacy.
We combine student service learning and vision screening while building in intercultural awareness and personal responsibility.
Our approach creates the unique conditions where theory meets the everyday life. For students & teachers, it breaks down barriers to learning and understanding in a deeply impactful experience.
ICU2 Vision Centers are created within schools and their local community. The partner school supervises the Center which functions thanks to student and teacher involvement.
ICU2 Foundation strives to ensure that standards are met, the project is faithfully executed to guarantee quality of care, to build partnerships with local providers, to bring its expertise to the conduct of the project, to ensure follow up and sustainability of the project.
